This policy explains how refunds are calculated and issued once a return, cancellation, or order issue has been approved. It works together with our .
Refunds are issued once a returned item has been received and approved per our , or when we confirm an order issue (damaged, defective, or incorrect item, or a cancellation before shipment).
All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout, processed securely through Stripe. We cannot issue refunds to a different card, account, or as store credit unless you request store credit explicitly and we agree to it in writing.
Once approved, refunds are issued within 3 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item). If you received free shipping because your order met the $75 threshold, and a partial return brings the remaining order value below that threshold, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
If only part of a multi-item order is returned, you'll be refunded for the value of the returned item(s) only, less any applicable shipping adjustment described above.
If your order used a percentage or fixed-amount coupon, your refund reflects the amount you actually paid for the returned item — not its full undiscounted price. Coupons used on a fully refunded order are not reinstated for future use.
If you cancel an order before it ships, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method, processed within 3 business days of the cancellation being confirmed.
Items purchased on sale or marked "Final Sale" follow the same refund method above when a return is approved, except where the product was explicitly marked non-returnable at checkout — in that case, no refund applies.
If a payment fails to complete, no charge is made and no refund is necessary. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank — we can usually resolve billing issues faster directly.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page.
