This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") governs your participation as an ambassador in the Nova Luxxe ambassador/affiliate program (the "Program"). By registering as an ambassador, you agree to these terms in addition to our general .
The Program lets approved ambassadors earn commission by referring real customers to Nova Luxxe using a unique personal referral link. Joining is free — there is no signup fee and no required purchase of a starter kit.
You must be at least 18 years old and register through our ambassador signup flow. We may decline or revoke ambassador status at our discretion, including for violation of this Agreement.
Each ambassador receives a unique referral link/code. A sale is attributed to you when a customer completes a purchase after using your link, subject to our standard attribution rules and fraud checks. We are the sole authority on whether a sale qualifies as a verified, commissionable sale.
Ambassadors can earn through multiple components of the compensation plan in effect at the time, which may include: a commission on your own verified qualifying sales; a one-time bonus when someone you personally refer completes a Starter Kit purchase; a weekly bonus for reaching a qualifying sales threshold within a calendar week; a weekly matching bonus based on your team's two-sided sales structure; and a one-time bonus for reaching a new rank. Exact current rates, thresholds, and dollar amounts are not fixed in this Agreement — they are set by the compensation plan in effect at the time and shown in your Ambassador Dashboard, and may be updated by us from time to time as described in Section 13.
Commission and bonuses are calculated only on verified sales to real, paying customers, and on verified Ambassador purchases where the current compensation plan provides for that. Team-based bonuses, where the current plan provides for them, are calculated on verified sales volume generated within your team structure — never on the number of people you sign up or recruit, and never as a fee for recruitment itself.
Ambassadors progress through rank tiers (for example, Associate through National Ambassador) based on verified sales and team performance requirements set out in the compensation plan in effect at the time, as shown in your Ambassador Dashboard. Rank requirements and any associated perks may be adjusted by us from time to time; we'll reflect current requirements in your dashboard.
Approved commissions are processed weekly on a fixed payout day, via bank transfer or PayPal, to the payout details you provide. You are responsible for providing accurate payout information; we are not responsible for payments misdirected due to incorrect details you supplied.
If an order generating your commission is later refunded, canceled, or charged back, the associated commission will be reversed and deducted from your current or future payout balance.
Ambassadors are independent contractors, not employees of Nova Luxxe, and are solely responsible for any taxes owed on commissions earned. Where required by law, we may request tax identification information and issue applicable tax forms (such as a Form 1099 in the United States) for ambassadors who exceed reporting thresholds.
Commission and bonus figures described above represent program terms, not a promise or guarantee of income. Actual earnings depend entirely on your individual effort, audience, and verified sales, and most ambassadors should not expect a specific income outcome. See also our .
Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and Nova Luxxe. You act as an independent contractor at all times.
This Agreement remains in effect while you are an active ambassador. We may suspend or terminate your ambassador account at our discretion, including for violation of this Agreement, fraudulent activity, or extended inactivity. You may also leave the Program at any time by contacting us. Commissions earned on verified sales prior to termination, and not subject to a pending refund/chargeback, remain payable on the normal payout schedule.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued participation in the Program after a change means you accept the revised terms.
